Refund policy

• Outbid? When someone takes over your lot, every payment you made on that lot is refunded in full, automatically, within minutes. You get a confirmation email if we have your address.
• Late payments. If your payment arrives after your five-minute contract expired and the lot has changed in the meantime, the payment is refunded in full.
• Amount mismatch. A payment that does not match the contract amount is refunded in full.
• Voluntary refunds. Levels and takeovers are not refundable on request. Buying is the act of placing an ad.
• Rule violations. A billboard removed for breaking the content rules is not refunded.
• Sponsor placements are not refundable once live. See the sponsor terms.
• If we cancel the game before it ends, everyone with an active placement is refunded in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
